What this calculator models
This site predicts child species from parent selections using a fixed breeding dataset converted from the game's breeding data. Each result is backed by a row in that data rather than by live game telemetry.
Same-species pairs usually yield that species under the standard rule in this dataset, but a child marked override-sourced still labels every combination that produces it when the child has at least one pair the standard rule cannot explain.
The calculator covers 299 Pal species and their breeding rows in the dataset so you can inspect expected offspring, parent combinations, and multi-step paths.
How evidence labels are assigned
Every breeding result in this calculator carries one of three evidence labels:
Standard formula: the child is selected by averaging parent Breeding Power, filtering override-classified children, and choosing the nearest eligible Pal with deterministic tie-breakers.
Override-sourced combination (shown as “Unique combination” on badges): a child-scoped project label. When a child has any parent pair the standard rule cannot produce, every row that yields that child carries the override label in this data.
Gender-specific combination: the dataset includes explicit gender constraints for a small set of rows. For those rows, assigned parent genders select the matching child instead of collapsing to a wildcard outcome.
Excluded mechanics and scope boundaries
This calculator models species outcomes only. It does not model passive skill inheritance, Individual Values (IVs), mutation probabilities, egg incubation times, or Cake resource costs.
All calculations run against a fixed Palworld 1.0-era dataset (retrieved 2026-07-30). Game updates after that data may change real breeding outcomes without being reflected here.

- Definition
- In this tool's data, parent pairs resolve to a deterministic child species classified as standard formula, override-sourced, or gender-specific.
- Example
- Breeding Relaxaurus and Sparkit yields Relaxaurus Lux from an override-sourced row in this dataset, while breeding two Lamballs yields Lamball under standard rules.
- Exceptions
- Override-sourced and gender-specific rows take precedence over standard breeding-power arithmetic for the pairs they govern in this data.
- Limitations
- This tool does not model mutation, passive skill inheritance, IV probabilities, breeding/incubation times, or cake resource costs.
